Plan a meter exchange batch and clear a data logger fault
You are the Metering Technician at the Dandenong South depot.
What has happened
Work order WO-26-3319 covers 34 end of life diaphragm meters on Route 88 in Noble Park, due for exchange next week. Each exchange means turning off the customer's supply, exchanging the meter, testing the installation for leaks and relighting appliances before you leave. Several of the properties have access notes on the route. At the same time the data logger at Merriwa Foods in Lara Industrial Park has not communicated for six days and the retailer is asking for the data. Marcus Liew wants the batch planned properly, every exchange recorded, and the logger fault raised and cleared within the three day target for a large industrial customer.
Deliverables

Evidence guide
Check that each recorded exchange holds both meter numbers, a closing read, a leak test result and a relight confirmation, that the student knows a meter left off must be tagged and recorded, and that the logger fault sequence moves from communications to power to the logger itself. The retailer note must state the gap period clearly.
